CAD/CAM-Material Kobalt-Chrom

The all-rounder

FAB Cobalt-Chrome T4 – Cobalt-chrome for dental technology

FAB Cobalt-Chrome T4 stands for reliable veneering of dental frameworks. With this cobalt-chrome blank, dental laboratories can achieve an absolutely tension-free, homogeneous framework with the first milling run. With a minimum edge thickness of only 0.10 mm, you can implement the thinnest of frameworks.

According to Type 4 EN ISO 22674:2016, the dental cobalt-chrome alloy FAB Cobalt-Chrome T4 impresses with its maximum stability and is easy to weld with laser. For precisely fitting abutments and tension-free bar works. Ideal up to 16 units.

Composition: Co 61.65 %, Cr 27.75 %, W 8.45 %, Si 1.61 %, Mn 0.25 %, Fe 0.2 %, carbon-free

Cobalt-Chrom blanks FAB Cobalt-Chrome T4 – for reliably good veneering.

FAB Cobalt-Chrome T4 is a dental cobalt-chrome metal alloy type 4 according to DIN EN ISO 22674:2021. The tungsten content of > 8 % ensures homogeneous, smear-free machinability. Thanks to controlled production conditions, this alloy is carbon-free and therefore contains no carbides. Edge thicknesses of up to 0.10 mm are possible. With a CTE value (20-500 °C) of 14.1*10-6K-1, the FAB Cobalt-Chrome T4 with tungsten has reliably good veneering properties. Dental laboratories cover all indications with this all-rounder among CAD/CAM materials.
