FAB WAX XF – precise and residue-free
The FAB WAX XF combines digitalization with tradition. The blanks made of castable wax allow to virtually model and then mill any dental work. In the traditional process, the wax is embedded and burnt out, followed by further processing using the classic casting technique or press ceramics.
FAB WAX XF – Wax for high-speed milling
In the dental field, everything revolves around aesthetics and precision. Processing FAB WAX XF is uncomplicated and, above all, fast. The material impresses with its hardness optimized for milling and very good machinability. This enables remarkably fast milling and even delicate structures can be worked out precisely. The wax is also easy to shape and polish. This makes it ideal for any indication, including partial frameworks (RPD). The easiness in milling results in a low burr deterioration. This means that the wax blank may be used extremely efficiently.
After milling, the wax must be embedded and burnt out. FAB WAX XF burns 100% residue-free, leaving neither ash nor soot in the mold. This precise process paves the way for further processing, using both traditional casting methods and techniques with pressed ceramics.
