DLyte polishing machine in the MINDFAB shop

As an innovative health care company, MINDFAB knows the challenges which dental laboratories face today. Increasing cost pressure and the increased demands on aesthetics and quality require new solutions in order to remain competitive.

Therefore, with the DLyte polishing machine, we offer a cost-effective way to optimize manufacturing processes and manufacture products faster and more efficiently: dry electro-polishing is up to ten times faster than conventional processes, removes roughness and improves corrosion resistance while at the same time fewer process steps have to be carried out.

Our customers include small practice laboratories, dental laboratories, laboratory chains and also manufacturing centers. Therefore, we offer the DLyte polishing machine in different versions for manufacturing processes of different sizes: while the smallest system finishes two frames per polishing process, up to twelve frames can be reworked at once in the largest machine. The basic version is suitable for polishing cobalt-chrome (CoCr) frameworks. There is also the option of configuring systems exclusively for the surface treatment of titanium.

Calculate the costs and benefits precisely

Whether and to what extent an investment in a DLyte polishing machine is profitable is a case-by-case decision. In order to be able to classify the daily savings and the amortization period for the respective, individual requirements in your own laboratory, our IT department has integrated a special calculator into our one-stop shop.

The calculator helps in the first step with the calculation of the costs and thus with the decision-making process. Of course we also offer interesting leasing conditions for all available dental polishing machines.

Presentation via video or DLyte demo vehicle

Our experts are also breaking new ground when it comes to presenting the polishing machine: interested parties can get a personal impression of the performance of the DLyte by simply booking an appointment for a video call or arranging a visit by our colleagues with the DLyte demo vehicle.

Jimmy Quattrer and Alexander Ivliushkin know the systems inside out and are happy to pass on their knowledge and experience.
